Registration for Among the Pines 2024 will open March 11 and will close April 12, or when camp is filled, whichever comes first.  Camp is full and registration is closed for 2024.  Please check back with us next year.

Among the Pines is for girls entering grades 1-7.

How to register:

To register your daughter(s) for Among the Pines 2024 please click on the “Forms” tab.  Click on each required form, type in all information, print and mail them and your payment (make checks payable to Among the Pines Day Camp) to the following address:

• Camp placement priority order: 1st Priority: Postmark of Mar. 11; 2nd Priority: Postmark of Mar. 12-19 (date order); 3rd Priority: all other Postmarks, until registration ends on April 12 or when camp is filled, whichever comes first.  
Registrations MUST be postmarked between March 11 and April 12.  NO LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
There is a $40 non-refundable cancellation deposit through June 30, 2024 (no exceptions).  After June 30, 2024 the entire camper fee of $175 is non-refundable.
• Do you want to apply cookie credits for camp?  Please copy and paste the following link in your website browser to receive cash from Girl Scouts of Colorado for use in reimbursement of your registration fee: http://www.girlscoutsofcolorado.org/en/for-volunteers/forms-and-resources/credit-reimbursement0.html.   You will still send in the entire $175 to the camp.  The Cookie Credit Reimbursement Form and cookie credit card(s) will be processed by the GSCO Council as described on the form.  All of the reimbursement process will happen between you and Council. 
GSCO typically wants you to submit a receipt proving what amount you paid for camp.  If a receipt is requested, email the Camp Director and Among the Pines will mail you a receipt that you can show to GSCO so they will refund you your cookie credit amount.  (It will need to be a paper receipt that is mailed; that way there is a paper trail.)
